Day 188

Reports coming in have workers on site...on Sunday starting on the gyprock.. we were unable to get out to the house to confirm these reports tho
And here is an interesting stat, i have been taking note of what days they work on site and out of the almost 27 weeks of construction since they broke ground, there has only been 62 odd days of actual work onsite....

And Again.... Nothing

Nothing Again Today but it did rain the teeniest tiny amout....shouldn't of stopped work

Day 185

So What happened today?

Answer: Nothing

The carpenter didnt show like we were told and nothing has been done. a talk to the site forman aswell and he has had enough of the waiting and politics.. so apparently next week he is pushing forward with the gyprocking...

the carpenter is the responsibility of the construction manager now and out of the site formans control...

Just get a new carpenter in.

Below is some of the work still need to be completed

Cladding and gable to be finished

Door frame to be fixed and then door installed

Laundry door and bi fold doors to be installed

Day 184

On site to day there was no work completed but we did get some feedback from the "crisis" meeting.. the carpenter will return to site on thursday, finish what needs to be done  and then disappear never to be seen on a Metricon job site again.

so our exterior access doors should be installed. the cladding finished and any other little things he was supposed to finish.

No Picture today as by the time i got to the house it was dark.

Day 183 (Week 27)

Small suprise on site today with someone managing to complete some work...

But the outcome of yesterdays meeting..no idea
