Day 252 [+28]
Today the Brickies finished the columns, this time the top was finished alot nicer as well.. howerver the carpenter returned and did some destruction moving the gable roof timber around to accomodate the fact that it was originally bult off centre.

Day 250 [+26]
Today saw the Plumbers return to site and install the bathtubs... if you can call what they did installing them.. the bathtups do not fit into the whole that was created for them.. something else for them to fix up.....
Brickie was also onsite setting up for monday to brick the top of the columns up. if the Carpenter fixed the problem... (doesnt look like they did as they still seem to be off.)

Day 249 [+25]
Nothing happened on site today a bit disapointing actually. As for the carpenters yesterday i am not sure if they actualy did anything...

Day 248 [+24]
Not alot done during the day today, the carpeters (6 of them) arrived late afternoon (5pm) to fix a problem with the timber support beams on our balcony, apparently they were off centre and it is preventing the brickies from continuing the column up.
What concerns me is why was this not picked up months ago when the columns where first bricked up??
It does make me wonder what other problems there are with the house that have been missed

Day 247 [+23]
By recent standards of work onsite it was a quiet day, Brickies returned to site today and continued the columns up the front of the house as well as building the stairs in the Garage.

Day 246 (Week 36) [+22]
Another Flurry of work onsite today with the Plumber and Electrician onsite fitting off the important stuff like Lights, Powerpoints toilets and taps.
The Brickies on the outside built our steps and fixed the bricks around the door as well as constructing a scaffold to continue the columns up
