Day 240 [+16]

Today saw some bricks delivered to site. the front columns are going to get demolished and rebuilt due to cracks and the miscolour. Also onsite saw the recent gyprock patching get sanded back in the kitcheni assume in preperation for the tilers

No actual work on site today but there was a little delivery of some sand and cement, i assume for the tilers to do the bedding for the wet areas hopfully tomorrow.

Today saw a delivery to site all our internal doors and skirting timber was delivered ready for the carpenter to start next week.

Electrician also visited and cut out all the holes for the power points phone and tv.

Cracked the double century, and delivered to site today was the kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry

Today saw a nice suprise. No not the front door.. but something made from timber.

Day 197 (Week 29)

With 4 weeks remaining in the original cantracted build time today saw no work on site again but there was a tiny delivery to site.

Day 171

Gyprock Sheets were Delivered to site today as well as the water tank was connected up

Day 168

Water  Tank was delivered to site today, the colour matches the bricks well.

Day 164

No real work today but a skip bin was delivered and the site cleaned up a little (there is a full bin and still lots of rubbish)

Day 149

Today saw the Fall protection get delivered for the Alfresco and the Garage in preperation for the roof tilers to return to the site.  Additionally the carpenter Turned up late and finished the actual frame work (including the Gable) of the garage. (By the time the Gable was finished it was too dark to capture that on camera)

No Work again today...

but a few deliveries, the gutters and facia delivered for the garage (and maybe alfresco) as well as the tiles for the garage (and alfresco)

Not Physical Changes today, but another delivery, what looks like the sliding door cavity for possible the Butlers Pantry

Day 127 (Week 19)

No work on site today but it was a delivery heavy  day with the cladding, the exterior doors and the Tassie Oak for the underside of the roof over the front porck

Some sand was delivered to site today, other then that a very disapointing nothing was done..........

No changes today but a whole lot of bricks were delivered to re do the front wall

Day 88

No Changes to the house but another delivery was dropped off, more bricks!! Hopefully they will finish the brick work around the alfresco columns now (not sure what is happening to around the upstairs balcony door, I think they forgot).

Day 87

No Changes to the house today but the Bi-Fold Doors were delivered to site for the alfresco doorway in the family room
