It is a two storey house with an enormous amount of space, which will look a little like that below (less trees..maybe)
Today we received word that the plans had come back from the developer (Landcom) two weeks and 1 day after they were submitted for review, The plans were accepted and endorsed with the provision that we get protection to all the northern facing windows, which is alot of big glass things along the rear elevation of the house. and not only that we now we have the pleasure of paying around 2 grand for this little gem of an upgrade. So now the plans need to be modified (add a few notes) and then they go off to the almighty council for approval. A Nice 4 week wait!!
