With 4 weeks remaining in the original cantracted build time today saw no work on site again but there was a tiny delivery to site.

Day 193
No Changes Today
But if you noticed yesterday you can see the alfresco took a step backwards with the lining ripped down and a timber frame installed.. i wonder if the carpenters think that there is a tinber lining here like on the front porch ceiling... either way more demolition...

Finally.....the carpenter has come back to work!!
Hopfully they will finish the front door tomorrow..and the cladding.

Day 188
Reports coming in have workers on site...on Sunday starting on the gyprock.. we were unable to get out to the house to confirm these reports tho
And here is an interesting stat, i have been taking note of what days they work on site and out of the almost 27 weeks of construction since they broke ground, there has only been 62 odd days of actual work onsite....

Day 185
So What happened today?
Answer: Nothing
The carpenter didnt show like we were told and nothing has been done. a talk to the site forman aswell and he has had enough of the waiting and politics.. so apparently next week he is pushing forward with the gyprocking...
the carpenter is the responsibility of the construction manager now and out of the site formans control...
Just get a new carpenter in.

Day 184
On site to day there was no work completed but we did get some feedback from the "crisis" meeting.. the carpenter will return to site on thursday, finish what needs to be done and then disappear never to be seen on a Metricon job site again.
so our exterior access doors should be installed. the cladding finished and any other little things he was supposed to finish.
No Picture today as by the time i got to the house it was dark.

Monday is no different from any other day in recent weeks..... zero work done on site...
with a meeting with the carpenter onsite in the afternoon with the construction manager.. we will see if he still manages to hold up work

Day 179
Once again no work completed on site.
it would appear the Carpenter is holding everything up.. all because he doesnt wanna work on the house any more and he has other things he wants to do then work for metricon...maybe we should move into his house...
