Just as Quickly as it was delivered the Skip Bin has been Removed from Site again there is still a whole heap of rubbish on site tho

No real work today but a skip bin was delivered and the site cleaned up a little (there is a full bin and still lots of rubbish)

No work again today...Apparently they are waiting for the frame inspector to check the framework....they might want to fix it around the front door first.....

Day 162 (Week 24)

Today saw work resume on site, with the ridge capping of the garage getting cemented into place and the alfresco roof getting tiled. with only a few tiles missing due to the fall protection brackets the roofing is just about completed!!

No work today... a bit disapointing i would of thought for sure with the rain last week they would of finished what they didnt last week..

Plenty of other work happening in the street tho with a nother house having the ground broken. just no work on ours..

Day 155 (Week 23)

A miserable winters day today where i sweear it was cold enough to snow.....it did not stop the roof tilers, tiling the garage roof.

Today Saw the garage and Alfresco get the Facia and Guttering installed as well as the fall protection for the roof tilers. also we saw the Drain Pipes

Rained a bit today but they managed to set up the facia boards and gutters around the Alfresco and Garage

a mini milstone of sort today with 150 days racked up since ground was broken back in February

Today saw the majority of the cladding get fixed to the upstairs corners with a couple of small pieces left to be fitted off once the roof on the garage is completed.

Day 149

Today saw the Fall protection get delivered for the Alfresco and the Garage in preperation for the roof tilers to return to the site.  Additionally the carpenter Turned up late and finished the actual frame work (including the Gable) of the garage. (By the time the Gable was finished it was too dark to capture that on camera)

Today saw 3/4's  of the scaffold come down around the house giving us the first look at some of the walls unobstructed

this also lets them finish of the roof on the alfresco and the garage

Well What a suprise, today they house had some work done... well not some.. Alot....

The Tasmanian Oak was installed in the Main Gable, cladding was installed on the garage and laundry sides of the house, the eaves were finished on the main body of the house  and noggins were reinforced on the inside frame work

but a few deliveries, the gutters and facia delivered for the garage (and maybe alfresco) as well as the tiles for the garage (and alfresco)

suprise suprise no work again today..... its been almost 2 weeks since tools were on site. most likley no work tomorrow either... aparently there is a carpenter shortage and that is what is holding everything up....

What seems to be the current trend at the moment, nothing was done onsite again.... starting to wonder if they ever going to do something.. might as well give up on them doing any work at all....maybe they think it is the block and we need to do work ourselves....

No Changes on site today, but there are rumors the scaffold will be coming down at the end of the week (we will see.....)
